BauNOW launches the “Train the Angel Trainers” program for sustainable startup investors
The European project BauNOW has launched the Angel Investor Capacity Building Programme “Train the Angel Trainers”, a free online training course designed to support new and emerging investors interested in financing climate and impact-driven startups.
The programme aims to help participants put smart capital to work, generating returns while contributing to the green and just transition towards a fair and inclusive low-carbon economy. The initiative supports the development of a new generation of investors capable of strengthening the ecosystem of sustainable innovation.
The training will take place from 19 March to 7 May 2026, with sessions scheduled weekly on Thursdays at 15:00 CET.
The programme includes:
- seven live online workshops (up to 3 hours each),
- interactive learning sessions and practical tools,
- hands-on exercises and simulations,
- optional local networking meetups,
- opportunities to stay connected within the investor ecosystem after the course.
The programme is addressed to:
- new and emerging investors interested in startup investment,
- public institutions supporting innovation,
- business professionals looking to diversify their investment portfolios,
- experienced founders willing to mentor and support innovative initiatives.
Participation is free of charge and the programme will be held entirely online.
The application deadline is 12 March 2026.
