Ecological and climatic literacy: the online training phase of the ELN project

The online training questions on sustainability, ecological literacy and climate literacy were completed on 9 December and will be implemented as part of the communication network project on environmental literacy within the ELN project. The online training phase will end on December 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24, 2020.

The online training questions within the ELN project were completed on 9 December with the online training on sustainability, ecological literacy and climate literacy, which the project partners will implement as part of the communication network project on environmental literacy.
 
During this process, 105 individual applications were received. 25 candidate formators were invited to train formators.
Applicants included representatives / members / volunteers / employees of ELN member organizations as well as those of organizations and individuals who are not members of the project.

The criteria established during the assessment of applications were as follows: whether the organization you are a member of, volunteer, employee is a member of the Global Literacy Network (ELN). Applications from organizations that are not members of ELN were not accepted; whether the project is included in the target provinces (Ankara, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir and Mersin, in particular); content of the application form (motivation, interest, experience, knowledge of education, etc.); status of participation in the dissemination courses carried out; gender distribution.
 The online training of trainers will end on December 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24 with 25 candidate trainers. Following the trainers' training, outreach courses will be conducted for the target audience of instructors and organizations that are members of ELN.
