Kyoto Club presents “Environmental Literacy Networking (ELN)”
ELN is a project co-funded by the European Union, within the framework of the EuropeAid program dedicated to international cooperation. ELN has a three-year duration and will end in 2022.
The project leader is the Turkish association Yuva, while Kyoto Club is a partner. The Environmental Sustainability Office of the Municipality of Bologna is an associated partner.
ELN's main goal is to structure an informal civil society organization network (CSO) from Turkey (Istanbul, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Ankara, Izmir, Mersin, Hatay and Antep) and from the EU (also thanks to the contacts of Kyoto Club, not limited to Italy and Brussels) active on environmental and climate change topics. The general objective is to give an overall contribution by strengthening cooperation on sustainable development and on climate change thanks to a dialogue with Turkish, Italian and European civil society.
