<p><b>6th European Seminar OWEMES 2009 </p><p>on Marine Renewable Energies in the Mediterranean Sea (offshore wind, wave, current, tides, solar, etc.).</b> <br />Brindisi-Italy, from the 21st to the 23rd of May, 2009</p><p>The OWEMES 2009 will be hosted in Brindisi; in its waters is the location of Italy’s First Offshore Wind Energy Plant. The Seminar provides the opportunity to meet experts from various fields of the industry. These experts will share their actual knowledge, unique experiences and strong vision on alternative energies. <br />The Seminar is participating in the Sustainable Energy in Europe (SEE) campaign of E.U. </p><p>Please check the brochure of the ”<b>First Announcement and Call for Papers</b>”. (see link)</p><p>The call for papers is still open and it would be a great pleasure if you present a scientific paper regarding your most exciting research findings, or simply shared your experiences. <br />Advanced papers will be included in a special Wind Engineering Edition of Multi-Science UK! </p><p>Please send an abstract to take part in the scientific program. The deadline for the abstract presentation has been definitely delayed to 15th February 2009 (Seminar deadline in the brochure should be accordingly corrected). <br />Additionally, if possible, we could offer the opportunity to present your organization’s services for the Mediterranean region in a dedicated space.
