European Council conclusions: the European Parliament resolution
Following the 17-21 July 2020 European Council conclusions, the European Parliament has expressed its own opinion, underlying the fact that the proposed cuts to such programmes as Horizon and Erasmus cannot be accepted and will have to be reviewed with Parliament which has decision-making powers on the EU budget issues.
