Europe\u2019s building sector is failing to deliver the transformation needed to secure a resilient, affordable, and sustainable future for its citizens. The latest edition of the EU Buildings Climate Tracker<\/a>, reveals that progress on decarbonisation has stalled, with the gap more than doubling since 2016. This inaction jeopardises not only the EU\u2019s 2030 and 2050 climate targets but also Europe\u2019s energy security, public health, and economic competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This report<\/a> calls for bold action from both EU institutions and national governments to reverse this trajectory.
